The Strategic Developmental Model for EMDR©
and The New Quantum Interweave©

A workshop for Clinicians with Maureen Kitchur, MSW, RSW

When: August 19-21, 2010 (Three Day Workshop) and August 22 (Optional Consultation Day)

Where: The Sanctuary ~ 27A Fox Street, Lane Cove, Sydney, NSW, Australia

What: Maureen Kitchur’s Strategic Developmental Model for EMDR was developed in the late 1990s to promote more rapid and comprehensive healing in complex clients with limited funding. It opened the way to developmental thinking in the EMDR world, helping clients to not only heal from trauma, but to catch up developmentally when trauma had interrupted normal maturation. The SDM incorporates strategic and hypnotic elements, and emphasizes therapeutic attunement as a way to promote neurobiological “catch-up.”

Kitchur has now incorporated exciting developments from quantum science into her model, and she teaches how these may be used as a therapeutic interweave. Both the original model and the new interweave are clear and practical. Kitchur teaches how to use the SDM to quickly create a clinical hypothesis to guide treatment, and how to use the quantum interweave to enlarge a client’s world-view and expand cognitive options.

Who: The workshop is open only to Level One or Two-trained EMDR therapists

Cost for the Three Day Workshop:
Early registration (Until March 15): $675
After March 15, 2010: $775
